Unfortunately the Fitbit Charge HR which was paired to a different device to the same account, is shown as Can't Be Found. Once you connect the Fitbit Base Station USB dongle to the Surface 3, the Fitbit Charge HR App will no longer show that the Base Station is disconnected. Without it, the Fitbit App will show that the Fitbit Base Station is disconnected. To connect to the Fitbit Charge HR, you need to insert the Fitbit Base Station USB dongle into the Microsoft Surface 3. To use the Fitbit Charge HR on Windows devices, you need to first go to the Windows Store to download and install the Fitbit App.Īfter you open the Fitbit App, you can login to your Fitbit account or create a new account. The Microsoft Surface 3's connectivity options are great so it's a shame when devices, especially popular ones like the Fitbit Charge HR, don't work with the Surface 3.
